There is a minimum subscription period of 3 months, after which you can cancel at any time. 

After three months you can also change your subscription to a different style. Cancellations must be made 3 days before the next payment is due on your subscription.

After 5 successful payments, you can save 20% and enjoy free shipping for your subscription order. You will be billed every month.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick your style ~ Choose from High Rise, Mid Rise or Low Rise

Decide the Colour ~ Select your size and colour of choice. We are happy for you to choose to receive a different colour each month, just let us know 3 days before.

Perfect Gift ~ Start a monthly subscription for yourself, or give gift a loved one their favourite pants, delivered straight to their door.

Receive your post ~ Packaged in large letter (plastic free) to conveniently fit through the letterbox.

Hassle Free ~ cancel any time after the initial 3 month period (Cancellations must be made 3 days before the next payment is due on your subscription) 

How does payment work? ~ Once you provide your details, payment will be automatically taken on a recurring monthly basis. If you wish to change your subscription, simply log into your account, and update your preferences.

How does delivery work? UK delivery is FREE for subscribers. We will send your parcel with Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Your order should be with you 2-3 days after dispatch.

Returns ~ Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear.

With sustainability in mind, we make for you & manufacture in-house. Unlike traditional production methods that rely on forecasting and mass production, our Made For You model produces goods only in response to specific customer orders.

Order Processing • Please allow up to *10 days for dispatch

Orders will go into production the following Monday to dispatch Thursday/Friday. Please allow for this turnaround time when you are placing your order.
