We send our parcels with Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Your parcel should be with you 1-3 days after your order has been dispatched.
Some items are held in stock, ready to despatch within 2-3 days. Items not in stock will be handmade especially for you, for despatch within 2-3 weeks. Occasionally, if there is a high demand for a certain product, we may contact you to notify you of a slight delay.
£12.50 Tracked and Signed
Customs charge, import duties, or taxes may be levied by your local government. Customers are responsible for all customs charge and import duties.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not offer free returns. We advise obtaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for parcels that do not reach us.

*Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear. All international orders are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We like the idea of keeping things simple. The intention is to make it easy to recycle ♲ We use recycled tissue paper and kraft boxes. The paper parcel tape has a natural rubber based adhesive which can be left on the packaging sent for recycling.
